The Intellectual Property & Information Fair & Conference is Japan’s largest specialized exhibition dedicated to intellectual property, bringing together systems, services, and information that directly support IP strategies—from R&D to rights acquisition and commercialization.
　Since its launch in 1981, the fair has continued for over 40 years to showcase the forefront of the IP field. The previous edition welcomed 158 exhibitors and more than 15,000 visitors, including IP and R&D professionals, business leaders, and experts from across industries.
　In 2024, the exhibition expanded beyond patents to cover all areas of intellectual property, including designs and trademarks. From 2026, the renewed English name will further reflect this broader, more global perspective.
